Ordering, Packing and Shipping

- Once you have placed an order, and we have confirmed your payment. We will pack your order at our warehouse located in Central Amsterdam, *IMPORTANT* We can not guarantee that you receive the packages outside of the EU because of customs. If you are ordering from the North/South America, Canada and Asia there is a big chace you will not receive the order due to customs.
- Your order will be carefully packed in a well protected package. Especially fragile items are double checked to ensure no damage will occur during shipping.
- We highly value the privacy and descretion of our customers. All of our packages are shipped in plain sealed card boxes. There is no reference on the package regarding Cannabis Food or anything Cannabis related. Your bank statement will have NO such reference either. You can shop with confidence.
- The price for shipping of your order is calculated on basis of the weight and/or volume of your order, you will be presented with the shipping cost upon the checkout of your shopping cart.
- We ship WORLDWIDE 

Cancellations, returns and replacements

Cancellation

If you cancel your order for any reason prior shipping you will receive full refund without question asked. In case of delay you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Damaged Items

If you receive your package, and upon opening you find that the items inside are damaged or you think they are not in the state they are supposed to be in. We kindly request you to make pictures of the damaged items and email us the pictures. In case of clear damage that has not been caused by the customers, we will always exchange your items or offer a refund.

How to return an item

Every customer can request to return his order back as long as it is inside the original package, never been used and not older then 30 days upon receiving the package. The item must be intact (NOT used) and in its original box and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Products which were sent back to us without any prior notification will be delivered back to you at your own expenses. All product returns will be under customers liabilities until they reach our office. Please contact our support department through contact form available at cannabis-food.com/contacts/

Replacments

In an uncertain situations if a customer receives his order/item damaged or faulty he can ask for a replacement. multitrance.com will cover shipping and any additional fees that might appear during replacement process. A customer can also request for an exchange of his order purchased within 30 days upon receiving the package. All purchased items should be inside the original package and unused. Customer must provide exact information as to what replacements he wants. Exchanging of purchased item doesn’t include RE-shipping fees. Invoice of new shipping fees will be emailed to customer and payment for new shipping option must arrive prior we ship out a replacement. When all the requirements are met there will be right of withdrawal of at least 14 days, the consumer will receive the money back withing 14 days.
