Can you buy cannabis food online?

Yes! We are the worlds largest cannabis food producer and distributor. All of our products have gone through extensive checks according to Dutch law and are 100% legal for sale and consumption.

Where are we located?

Our main office and distribution center are located on the Prinsengracht 470 in Amsterdam's city center (close to the "Leidseplein"), feel free to come have a look!

Do you ship and deliver worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping but we can not guarantee that you receive the packages outside of the EU because of customs. If you are ordering from the North/South America, Canada and Asia there is a big chace you will not receive the order due to customs.

How much does shipping cost to my country?

Shipping options will be presented to you upon checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location before checkout and payment.

What about customs in my country?

We ship our products worldwide, and we regulary ship our products to countries worldwide, including Europe, Americas, Asia and Australia. Our products are 100% legal according to Dutch law and contain no THC or any narcotic effects. However we strongly advice you to check your countrys custom regulation. We are not responsible for any order being held up in customs, or any items missing from your order due to customs, damaged items due to customs or provide a refund for items that have not been received due to customs.

What about my privacy?

Your privacy is our highest priority. We do not share your data with anyone as you can read in our privacy policy here. Your privacy is paramount to us and our discreet packaging guarantees that you are the only one getting excited by the parcel - to others it will look plain boring.All orders are sent in inconspicuous plain packaging. No-one will be able to guess what the package contains or who the sender is. No logo or lettering mentioning MultiTrance or Cannabis-Food will be found on the parcel.The only markings on your parcel are your address label on the front and a postal/parcel service sticker, depending on the service used.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location, worldwide shipping usually takes between 2 to 8 days. We ship the same day or the next working day! You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

Who can create an account and place an order on your website?

Anyone who is of 18 years old and above will be allowed to create an account and place an order online.

What are the payment options?

We have recently added a set of new payment methods, which include creditcard payments through Visa, American Express and Mastercard, iDeal, Sofort Banking, GiroPay, Mister Cash, Maestro and regular bank transfer. If there is a payment method missing that you would like to see added, we are happy to hear so to further improve our website.

Do you ship with a tracking or reference number?
